I want to be this good at blogging. I have only managed to read about a quarter of the site and it is fantastic. There is a distinct point of view, a broad selection of subject matter and there is tons of fresh content around the links. I can't stop reading it.
I have a looong way to go.
*Update 4/24/2011. Aaron Hawkins, who ran that site, died six years ago, but this site has been kept up to honor him. I am glad they are doing that. A heck of a guy.
I have found it helpful to do the stretching exercises my physical therapist recommends. Do some core strengthening exercises, such as the ones highlighted at The Mayo Clinic. By keeping your core strong, your back won't put itself in a position to cause that sciatica pain you are having.
