Just finished watching The Sopranos season finale. I didn't like the way the show was written at the beginning of the season, but the last few episodes have been very good. Thus, I was fooled into thinking tonight's episode would be good, possibly great.
I was wrong.
I want my 75 minutes back.
I am going to go to
netflix and rent the first two good seasons.
I have found it helpful to do the stretching exercises my physical therapist recommends. Do some core strengthening exercises, such as the ones highlighted at The Mayo Clinic. By keeping your core strong, your back won't put itself in a position to cause that sciatica pain you are having.
