UPDATE:
Michael Schumacher was just stripped of the pole he won during qualifying for stopping in the middle of the track during the closing seconds of the session. This was so incredibly blatant - I am still shocked they docked him for it, being Shumi and all. There is now an ALL FERRARI back row, since Massa decided to hit the wall in the opening round of qualifying.
I am a recent F1 convert, and this is just amazing - not only is the race this weekend at Monaco, which is a great course, but there is drama!
If you can keep from reading the internet tomorrow morning, in the States, CBS is showing the race on 5 hour tape delay in the morning. This promises to be an excellent show. You can watch the GP2 race live on Speed at 3am Pacific time.
I have found it helpful to do the stretching exercises my physical therapist recommends. Do some core strengthening exercises, such as the ones highlighted at The Mayo Clinic. By keeping your core strong, your back won't put itself in a position to cause that sciatica pain you are having.
