I have to wait for a human from blogger to validate that I am just a lazy human who hasn't posted in months to get that "captcha" thing removed that I referred to so nicely in my last post.

I am human, too. Please remove the captha thing, as it makes it really hard for a handicapped person to post. The listen and type thing is cool, but the thing I have trouble with is the typing. I compose in another app and post here. Thanks.
I have found it helpful to do the stretching exercises my physical therapist recommends. Do some core strengthening exercises, such as the ones highlighted at The Mayo Clinic. By keeping your core strong, your back won't put itself in a position to cause that sciatica pain you are having.
